About the Role As the Manager, Security, you will be the cornerstone of our clients security governance, risk management, and compliance efforts. You will lead and mentor a dynamic team, providing technical leadership across various security disciplines, including security architecture, risk assessment, and incident management. This is a unique opportunity to blend your technical prowess with consultancy and project management in an environment where innovation is key.
Key Responsibilities - Policy Framework Leadership: Lead the review, implementation, and compliance of the company’s information security policy framework.
- Technical Innovation: Develop and continuously improve security services for our clients. This includes security solution architecture design, risk assessments, and security assurance.
- Incident Management: Oversee and coordinate the response, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.
- ISO27001 Management: Lead the ongoing improvement and operation of the ISO27001 framework.
- Additional Responsibilities: Support the Information Security Services team with other tasks as required.

To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: - Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge and experience in information security governance, risk, and compliance.
- Proficiency in relevant security standards such as ASD Information Security Manual and ISO 27000 series.
- Extensive experience in vulnerability management and security assurance.
- Technical competency in security architecture and risk assessment.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing security policy frameworks.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to consult, negotiate, and influence clients, vendors, and teams to achieve successful outcomes.
