Manager (GRC) to help scale the business, lead clients, mentor talent, and play a genuine part in what comes next.

What You’ll Be Doing - Lead cyber GRC consulting engagements end-to-end
- Build trusted client relationships and win repeat work
- Deliver strategic outcomes across ISO 27001, Essential Eight, NIST and related frameworks
- Mentor junior consultants as the team expands
- Help refine internal processes, delivery models and capability uplift
- Contribute to growth plans, market positioning and future hiring
- Be a senior voice in a fast-moving business
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years in consulting / advisory / client-facing
- Strong governance, risk, compliance or cyber strategy experience
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business
- Commercial mindset with strong relationship skills
- Natural leader who enjoys building teams and lifting others
- Strong communication style with executive presence
- Brisbane market network highly valued
