This is a high-visibility, hands-on delivery role with a major Brisbane university and they need someone who can start as early as 22 April.
The program is already in active delivery. You're not setting it up - you're taking the wheel and driving it home across a 500TB+ migration touching 111 business units and 15,000 staff.

Rate: $1,000 per day + super
Hours: Full time, 5 days per week
Location: Just outside Brisbane CBD - hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 from home) Contract type: PAYG only
What you'll be doing: Managing wave-based migrations across multiple concurrent business units, end-to-end delivery covering data review, migration and post-migration support, overseeing legacy data remediation and information governance uplift, managing an external delivery partner and internal technical teams, and keeping momentum across a high-visibility, politically complex environment with strong executive visibility.
What they need: - Proven delivery of large-scale M365 or enterprise data migration programs - this is the non-negotiable must-have.
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and cloud migration environments.
- Experience with legacy data, remediation and information management principles.
- Proven ability to step into an in-flight program and maintain momentum across a large, diverse stakeholder base.
- University or government sector background highly desirable.
- Immediate availability a bonus.
- PAYG only - no Pty Ltd.
- Brisbane based candidates only.
- Fully remote and interstate candidates will not be considered for this one.
