Join this company as a Cyber Security Architect and play a vital role in ensuring the security of their technology solutions. Based at their head office in Brisbane, you will be responsible for driving cyber security best practices and developing security roadmaps based on enterprise architecture practices to ensure relevant industry security certifications.

As the Cyber Security Architect, you will act as a security design authority and lead cyber security activities, while initiating and influencing the development of technical cyber security design patterns, policies, and standards to guide the secure design and delivery of digital solutions. You will also provide independent and expert technical cyber security consultancy on complex matters related to cloud security and evaluate emerging security products, technologies, and solutions for use within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural, design, consulting, or system integrator role. You should also have relevant architectural qualifications or be willing to obtain them, and excellent technical knowledge of mainstream operating systems, cloud architecture, security technologies, and vendors. Familiarity with common information security regulations, certifications, management frameworks, and methodologies such as UK Cyber Essentials, European GDPR, ASD Essential 8, NIST, and ISO is a plus.
