Our client is a large enterprise with 1000's of users. They have a lot of work happening in their identity and access team, with work happening across Application onboarding.
We are seeking a highly capable Cyber Identity Senior Project Manager to oversee Application Onboarding across various Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.
In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between the technical engineering teams, business customers, and external partners.
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of applications into the IAM ecosystem while managing project financials, vendor relationships, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end application onboarding to key IAM Services, including Lifecycle Management (LCM), Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and User Access Reviews (UAR). ● Coordinate the technical delivery by working alongside a mixed team of internal staff, Contractors, partners, and vendor engineering services. Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business customers, managing expectations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Proactively manage and resolve escalations related to the onboarding process, technical blockers, or stakeholder concerns to ensure minimal impact on project delivery. Financial & Negotiation Focus
- Manage onboarding cost estimation, secure necessary financial approvals, and lead negotiations for Application Onboarding services.
- Leverage strong negotiation skills when dealing with customers, internal stakeholders, and external service providers to agree on scope, timelines, and costs.
- Track and report on financial metrics related to onboarding services and partner / vendor engagements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Cybersecurity or IT domain, with a specific focus on delivery and integration.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of Identity solutions and IAM concepts (LCM, SSO, RBAC, PAM, UAR).
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, particularly cost estimations, budgeting, and approvals.
- Vendor & Team Management: Experience successfully coordinating mixed delivery teams, including managing Contractors, strategic partners (e.g., TCS), and third-party vendors.
