The role:
We are seeking a highly skilled technical Business Analyst specialised in delivering Identity Governance (IGA) projects, to join a well-established cyber security in Sydney. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IAM projects, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), ensuring that solutions align with the organisation's overarching cyber security and technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to develop detailed business and technical requirements for IAM solutions.
- Lead the creation of comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, confidently navigating conflicting objectives and ensuring alignment.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the business units and IT teams, ensuring that the IAM solutions meet business needs while complying with industry standards.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions, particularly IGA systems, from conceptual to deployment.
- Work closely with Security Operations, Identity Management, Infrastructure Operations, and external vendors to implement and integrate IAM solutions.
Skills Required: - 4+ years of experience in IAM project delivery.
- Strong BA skills across stakeholder management, documentation, running meetings, workshops, collecting requirements etc.
- Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), including user access reviews, recertification processes, and privileged access management etc.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to developing effective solutions.
